Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create a comprehensive architectural vision and technical strategy that aligns with the company's long-term goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- AI & Machine Learning Integration: Lead the design and implementation of advanced machine learning models and generative AI systems to automate complex business processes.
- Quantum Readiness: Assess and architect legacy systems to ensure they are compatible with future quantum computing advancements.
- System Scalability: Design microservices architectures that can handle exponential data growth and high-concurrency demands.
- Security & Ethics: Implement robust cybersecurity protocols and ethical AI guidelines to protect user data and ensure algorithmic fairness.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards across the organization.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go; proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- AI Proficiency: Strong understanding of neural networks, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and large language models (LLMs).
