We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Systems Architect to design the infrastructure that will power our solutions through 2026 and beyond.
The Role:
You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable production engineering. In this role, you will lead the architectural vision for our core LLM orchestration engine, ensuring our systems are secure, efficient, and capable of handling complex, real-world autonomous decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure for autonomous agents.
- Design robust data pipelines for training and fine-tuning next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with research teams to translate novel algorithms into production-ready software.
- Establish best practices for AI model deployment, monitoring, and reliability (MLOps).
- Ensure system security, privacy, and compliance with evolving AI regulations.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists.
- Define technical roadmaps and evaluate emerging technologies for integration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems using microservices and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of LLMs, Transformers, and vector databases.
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
