Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the end-to-end infrastructure for large-scale AI models, ensuring scalability, security, and real-time processing capabilities.
- System Optimization: Implement advanced optimization techniques to reduce inference latency and improve energy efficiency in edge computing environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex research concepts into robust, production-ready software architectures.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce architectural standards that ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability in automated decision-making systems.
- Tech Stack Management: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including quantum computing interfaces and neuromorphic hardware, into existing workflows.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems. Proficiency in frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Kubernetes.
- Specialized Knowledge: Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, LLM fine-tuning, and edge-computing constraints.
