Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 AI product roadmap, aligning with business goals.
- Architect scalable, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling massive data throughput.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and backend engineers to deliver innovative solutions.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with emerging AI technologies and hardware integration.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Establish best practices for code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML systems design.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and big data processing.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
