Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of real-time data for 2026-scale applications.
- Quantum Integration: Lead the integration of emerging quantum computing solutions into classical software stacks, optimizing for hybrid workflows.
- Technical Leadership: Define the technical vision and roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features ahead of schedule.
- Research & Development: Conduct in-depth research on neuromorphic computing, edge AI, and generative adversarial networks to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Talent Development: Mentor and guide a team of elite engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or architect role.
- Core Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and modern cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI/ML Expertise: Proven track record deploying production-grade machine learning models and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Quantum Savvy: Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or post-quantum cryptography is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
