- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation impact and ROI for long-term projects
- Coordinate cross-functional R&D teams in rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept development

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with demonstrable 5+ year planning success
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, decentralized systems)
- Proven track record of executing multi-year transformational projects
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy (PhD/MBA preferred)
