Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabytes of data for 2026-scale applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps focused on future-proof AI solutions.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and reduced latency in edge computing environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all deployed models.
- Conduct research into emerging AI architectures to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to production.
