Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term strategic roadmap for AI and future tech initiatives, specifically targeting breakthroughs by 2026.
- Technology Assessment: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Edge AI, Quantum AI) and assess their commercial viability and integration potential.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams in research, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and systems.
- Executive Communication: Present complex technical strategies and roadmaps to the C-suite and board of directors in a clear, compelling manner.
- Innovation Management: Foster a culture of innovation by scouting startups, patents, and academic research to stay ahead of the curve.
- Resource Allocation: Work with finance and operations to secure funding and allocate resources for high-impact R&D projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI strategy, product management, or technical leadership within a high-growth tech environment.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, neural networks, and large language models (LLMs).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and translating technical vision into business strategy.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
