Key Objectives:

Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the high-level system architecture for our 2026 AI product suite, ensuring robustness and security.
- Research Translation: Translate theoretical advancements in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing into practical, production-ready code and systems.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the 3-year technical roadmap, identifying emerging technologies that will drive competitive advantage.
- Ethical Compliance: Oversee the implementation of AI ethics guidelines, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability in all automated systems.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to foresee industry trends and pivot technology stacks accordingly.
