Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive AI strategy for the 2026 product cycle, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- Technical Leadership: Collaborate with engineering leads to select the right AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and infrastructure.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead Proof-of-Concept (PoC) initiatives for next-gen neural architectures and autonomous agents.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex AI concepts into actionable insights for C-suite executives and product teams.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring data privacy and algorithmic fairness in our 2026 solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years in software engineering or data science, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership or architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP. Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG pipelines.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to foresee industry shifts and translate them into technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
