Responsibilities
- Define the AI Roadmap 2026: Architect and communicate a comprehensive technical strategy for AI adoption, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Lead Complex System Design: Spearhead the design and implementation of next-generation neural networks and generative AI models with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- R&D Innovation: Explore emerging technologies such as Quantum Machine Learning (QML) and edge AI to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI architectures adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory standards regarding data privacy and algorithmic bias.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership role within AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) is required.
