Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for AI product development, focusing on scalability and ethical AI standards.
- Lead the architectural design of complex, large-scale machine learning systems and neural networks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous research to evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., generative adversarial networks, transformer models) and integrate them into the tech stack.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance optimization across all AI deployments.
- Advocate for best practices in data governance and model explainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role within the AI/ML space.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing scalable distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly desirable.
