Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field from Tier 1 institution
- 8+ years of experience in AI research with 3+ publications at NeurIPS/ICML
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated learning
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI systems at scale
- Strong background in quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Experience securing federal research grants (DARPA, NSF)
