Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of cutting-edge research in Deep Learning and Neural Networks.
- Architect scalable machine learning models that power the next generation of Nexus Dynamics products.
- Publish high-impact research papers and present findings at top-tier global conferences.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product engineering teams to translate theoretical research into deployable production solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML research or a related technical role.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Demonstrated ability to publish in peer-reviewed venues.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
