Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead groundbreaking research in next-generation AI models, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and ethical AI standards for the 2026 era.
- Algorithm Design: Design and implement novel neural architectures and reinforcement learning algorithms to solve complex, real-world problems.
- Production Translation: Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate theoretical research findings into scalable, production-ready software systems.
- Publish & Innovate: Author high-impact papers for top-tier conferences and contribute actively to the global open-source AI community.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates, fostering a culture of deep learning, critical thinking, and scientific curiosity.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research or development within a top-tier tech environment.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Mathematical Proficiency: Strong understanding of linear algebra, calculus, and statistical analysis.
- Communication: Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
