Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead the development and deployment of proprietary AI models focused on scalability, ethics, and efficiency for the 2026 roadmap.
- Architectural Innovation: Design and implement novel neural network architectures that push the boundaries of current Deep Learning capabilities.
- Mentorship & Collaboration: Guide a team of junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize model performance, latency, and resource consumption to ensure real-time applicability.
- Strategic Planning: Translate complex business requirements into technical research roadmaps and proof-of-concept prototypes.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI research, with a proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with large-scale distributed training clusters.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous, complex problems with creative, data-driven solutions.
