Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of large-scale generative AI models tailored for enterprise applications.
- Design and implement novel neural network architectures to improve model inference speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and product teams to translate research findings into production-ready code.
- Optimize existing models for deployment on edge devices and distributed cloud environments.
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Present research findings to internal stakeholders and the wider technical community.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or delivering high-impact commercial products.
- Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or AWS SageMaker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
