Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term AI strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and the technological vision for 2026.
- Model Development: Oversee the research, development, and deployment of cutting-edge Machine Learning models, including LLMs and Neural Networks.
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance team of Data Scientists and ML Engineers.
- Infrastructure Scaling: Design robust MLOps pipelines and cloud infrastructure to support enterprise-grade AI workloads.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into our core products seamlessly.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure responsible and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Mastery: Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI/ML models in production environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
- Future-Ready: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt strategies for upcoming technological shifts.
