Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy roadmap aligned with the company's vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Identify emerging AI trends and technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing) to drive innovation within the organization.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and executive teams to integrate AI solutions into core business processes.
- Oversee the assessment of AI vendor solutions and manage partnerships with key technology providers.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and ROI of AI initiatives.
- Advocate for ethical AI practices and ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling and clear manner.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or data science leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully leading AI or digital transformation initiatives from concept to deployment.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and computer vision.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into strategic business recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
- Experience managing budgets and resources for large-scale technical projects.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
