We are on the precipice of the AI revolution, and Nexus Horizon is building the infrastructure for the year 2026. We are seeking a world-class Senior Generative AI Engineer to pioneer the next generation of autonomous agents and multimodal models.
In this role, you won't just maintain existing models; you will architect the neural networks that define the future of human-computer interaction. You will work directly with our CTO and research scientists to push the boundaries of what is possible in Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.

Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design and optimize state-of-the-art deep learning architectures for training and inference.
- LLM Engineering: Fine-tune, align, and deploy large language models (GPT-4, Llama 3, etc.) for specific enterprise use cases.
- System Optimization: Implement efficient data pipelines and inference engines to reduce latency and costs.
- Research: Conduct cutting-edge research into emerging AI trends, including AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multimodal learning.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly applications.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning or deep learning, with a specific focus on Generative AI.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of transformer models, attention mechanisms, and NLP fundamentals.
- Tools: Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
