Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of novel deep learning architectures targeting deployment in 2026.
- Design and implement scalable algorithms for large-scale data processing and model training.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate theoretical research into production-ready applications.
- Publish high-impact research papers and contribute to the open-source community.
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure ethical standards and performance benchmarks are met.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, etc.).
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
