The Role:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-agent systems. Your work will directly impact how businesses operate in the future.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art transformer architectures and reinforcement learning algorithms for autonomous agents.
- Lead research initiatives focused on LLM alignment, reasoning capabilities, and memory architectures.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to ensure sub-millisecond latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into scalable production products.
- Publish high-impact papers and contribute to the open-source community in AI.
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates within the 2026 AI division.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Machine Learning.
- 5+ years of experience in deep learning, natural language processing, or reinforcement learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or leading open-source projects.
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, probability, and optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from conception to deployment.
