Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead strategic research initiatives focused on next-generation neural networks, self-improving algorithms, and AGI architectures.
- Architect Scalable Models: Design and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models capable of processing petabytes of real-time data with zero latency.
- Prototype Innovation: Build rapid prototypes for emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision systems.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, scientific rigor, and excellence.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce safety protocols and ethical guidelines to ensure responsible deployment of autonomous AI agents.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate research into market-ready products.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Technical Mastery: 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, with a strong command of Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Research Track Record: A proven history of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or patents in AI.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and NLP.
- System Design: Experience designing scalable, distributed systems for production environments.
- Creativity: Ability to think abstractly and solve complex, undefined problems in unstructured environments.
