Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive technical roadmap for AI and Quantum integration, specifically focusing on breakthrough capabilities leading up to the year 2026.
- Architecture Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of secure, scalable cloud-native architectures that leverage next-gen neural networks and quantum algorithms.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring junior and mid-level developers in cutting-edge AI methodologies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex quantum and AI technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions for investors, C-suite executives, and clients.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with leading academic institutions and research labs to stay ahead of the curve in emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture or Quantum Computing research.
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Physics, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale, high-impact projects on strict deadlines.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to think critically about future tech trends and apply them to current business problems.
