We are seeking a visionary Senior AI & Quantum Architect to lead our Research and Development division and architect the systems that will power the digital frontier.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical physics and practical machine learning, designing scalable neural networks optimized for quantum processors. Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement hybrid AI/Quantum models capable of processing petabyte-scale datasets with sub-millisecond latency.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives focused on AGI alignment and quantum machine learning algorithms.
- System Optimization: Optimize deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) to run efficiently on heterogeneous hardware clusters.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 product release, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and security experts to ensure AI solutions are robust, secure, and compliant.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or quantum computing research.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA; extensive experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Quantum Knowledge: Understanding of quantum gate models, quantum error correction, and quantum simulators (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex optimization problems in large-scale distributed systems.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
