Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML architectures tailored for high-performance computing environments.
- Lead the R&D efforts into quantum machine learning algorithms and their integration with classical neural networks.
- Oversee the end-to-end deployment of LLMs and generative AI tools across enterprise clients.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and data privacy in AI systems.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization to ensure sub-millisecond latency in critical applications.
- Act as a technical thought leader, presenting architectural blueprints to stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Applied Physics, or Mathematics.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, JAX) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud).
- Deep understanding of quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
