Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI and quantum computing solutions.
- Define and drive the technical vision for 2026, aligning R&D with business goals.
- Mentor a team of high-performing engineers and data scientists.
- Conduct deep technical research to evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Neuromorphic chips).
- Ensure system security, reliability, and performance at scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade software products.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep understanding of Quantum Computing concepts and hardware-software co-design.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI deployment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
