In this role, you will work directly with our research team to push the boundaries of what is possible with Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our AI products, from prototype to production.
Responsibilities
- Architect Advanced AI Models: Design and implement state-of-the-art transformer architectures and generative models tailored for 2026 industry standards.
- Optimize Inference Pipelines: Reduce latency and improve throughput for real-time AI applications using techniques like model quantization and distillation.
- Lead Research Initiatives: Explore cutting-edge areas such as Multimodal AI, Agentic Workflows, and Autonomous Systems.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Implement robust guardrails, fairness checks, and safety protocols to ensure responsible deployment of AI technologies.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly products.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong focus on deep learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Mathematical Proficiency: Strong foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
- System Design: Experience designing scalable distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
