Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning infrastructure optimized for high-volume inference.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation Transformer architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into consumer-facing products.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize model latency and accuracy through advanced quantization and pruning techniques.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on the roadmap for 2026 AI capabilities.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready models at scale.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
