- Secure $5M+ in government/private research grants for quantum-AI initiatives
- Partner with MIT/Stanford on quantum-AI curriculum development for 2026
- Drive patent strategy for quantum machine learning innovations
- Mentor postdoctoral researchers in quantum-AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning (with 5+ years postdoc)
- Published 10+ peer-reviewed papers on quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and error correction techniques
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Track record of securing competitive research funding ($3M+)
