Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and demographic shifts to forecast market opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning models for climate adaptation and ethical AI governance

- Produce quarterly horizon scanning reports with actionable strategic recommendations

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
