Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology vision for 2026 and beyond, aligning with business goals.
- Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) into core product offerings.
- Conduct feasibility studies and POCs for emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing and Edge AI.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate future trends into actionable development roadmaps.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Evaluate third-party technologies and open-source frameworks to ensure our stack remains future-proof.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, technical leadership, or product strategy.
- Deep technical expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Proven track record of implementing AI/ML solutions in large-scale production environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive projects from concept to completion.
