Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the architectural strategy for next-generation AI models, ensuring scalability and future-proofing for the enterprise landscape.
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy advanced Deep Learning and NLP models that drive core product innovation.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Architect high-performance computing pipelines optimized for GPU clusters and edge computing environments.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers and C-level executives to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical roadmaps.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct cutting-edge research to explore emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with MLOps frameworks (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Cloud Mastery: Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP, specifically regarding serverless and containerized architectures.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-velocity environments.
