Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural architectures.
- Lead the full lifecycle of AI development, from data ingestion to model serving.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing.
- Conduct research experiments to validate novel algorithms and techniques.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Proven experience building and fine-tuning Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, BERT).
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Seldon) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
