Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade ML models using TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Lead end-to-end ML pipeline development from data ingestion to deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI solutions
- Optimize model performance and scalability on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and A/B testing to drive product improvements
- Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices in ML engineering
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in ML engineering with Python and deep learning frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying ML models at scale in production environments
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Experience with cloud services (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, BigQuery)
- Expertise in NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
