Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Solutions: Design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning models and LLMs capable of handling enterprise-scale data traffic.
- Optimize Inference Pipelines: Enhance model latency and throughput using advanced quantization, distillation, and edge-computing techniques.
- MLOps Leadership: Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML, ensuring reproducibility and automated model training.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with data scientists to curate high-quality datasets and implement advanced feature engineering strategies.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest research findings (e.g., Transformers, Diffusion Models) into production systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years dedicated to Machine Learning or AI.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Infrastructure: Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Algorithms: Strong understanding of statistical analysis, deep learning architectures, and natural language processing.
