Role Overview:
As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, training, and deploying scalable machine learning models that power our core products. You will bridge the gap between research and production, ensuring our models are robust, efficient, and ethically sound.
Responsibilities
- Architect and train complex deep learning models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Optimize existing models for production environments, focusing on latency, throughput, and memory efficiency.
- Implement and maintain MLOps pipelines using Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define AI feature requirements.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to ensure high accuracy and reliability.
- Stay current with the latest research in the AI community and integrate novel techniques into our stack.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL.
- Extensive experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, Llama) and fine-tuning strategies.
- Deep understanding of distributed computing and cloud-native architecture.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
