Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning models, focusing on LLMs and neural networks, to support our 2026 product roadmap.
- Architect scalable data pipelines and inference engines capable of handling high-velocity data streams in real-time.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with product and research teams to translate complex business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Optimize model performance and reduce latency to ensure seamless user experiences across global platforms.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating new frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow to implement best practices.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Proven track record of deploying models to production environments using cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and fine-tuning strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
