Responsibilities
- Architect and Deploy: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and deep learning architectures at scale.
- Optimization: Fine-tune existing models for improved accuracy and reduce inference latency for real-time applications.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- MLOps: Implement robust CI/CD pipelines for machine learning, ensuring model reproducibility and monitoring.
- Research: Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting research into emerging AI methodologies and technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and agile methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production models.
- Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Cloud: Strong experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive solutions from conception to completion.
