Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Lead the end-to-end design and deployment of large-scale AI models and neural networks in production environments.
- R&D Leadership: Drive research initiatives in natural language processing (NLP) and reinforcement learning to enhance agent autonomy.
- System Optimization: Engineer high-throughput, low-latency inference pipelines to ensure real-time performance.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering with a proven track record of shipping AI products.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with LLM frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Mathematical Proficiency: Solid grounding in linear algebra, calculus, and statistical modeling.
