Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines and large-scale AI infrastructure to support our 2026 roadmap.
- Model Development: Lead the research and development of proprietary deep learning models, focusing on computer vision and natural language processing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and accuracy to ensure real-time performance.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define technical roadmaps and architectural standards.
- Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy laws, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and deliver scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
