Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI/ML models and infrastructure pipelines for next-generation applications.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI algorithms, focusing on efficiency and ethical AI deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, and design) to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource consumption in production environments.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating and integrating emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI systems that handle large-scale data.
