Job Description
We are at the forefront of Next-Gen Intelligence, building the architectural backbone for the 2026 AI Revolution. As a Senior AI/ML Architect, you will not just write code; you will define the standards for autonomous systems, generative agents, and quantum-enhanced machine learning.
Your expertise will drive our roadmap for the 2026 timeframe, focusing on Large Language Model (LLM) orchestration, multimodal reasoning, and edge-computing optimization. You will work in a high-performance environment with a team of world-class researchers and engineers to deploy scalable AI solutions that redefine industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabytes of real-time data and complex generative tasks.
- Model Optimization: Optimize transformer architectures and neural networks for low-latency inference on edge devices and cloud environments.
- Autonomous Systems: Develop reinforcement learning policies for autonomous agents and robotics applications, ensuring robust decision-making capabilities.
- Research & Production: Bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and production-grade deployment using MLOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, CUDA, C++, and major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Specialization: Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI with a focus on LLM fine-tuning and RAG architectures.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex algorithmic problems and scaling systems to millions of users.
