Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models (LLMs, Computer Vision, NLP) focused on the 2026 strategic goals.
- Lead the architecture of data pipelines, ensuring high availability, scalability, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and resource efficiency on cloud infrastructure.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI ethics and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering and full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and model versioning.
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI products.
