Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Machine Learning models focused on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision.
- Lead the end-to-end MLOps pipeline, ensuring models are scalable, reproducible, and production-ready.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to stay ahead of industry trends, specifically regarding AGI and autonomous agents expected to dominate the 2026 market.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and ethical AI implementation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Data Science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying AI models in high-volume production environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
