Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Lead research initiatives into Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and multimodal systems.
- Optimize model performance for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data privacy compliance in all model training and deployment processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep understanding of ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models.
