Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning models for large-scale data environments.
- Lead research initiatives to push the boundaries of current AI capabilities and generative models.
- Optimize inference latency and throughput for real-time, high-volume applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment in MLOps pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in building production-grade AI/ML systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures (Transformers, GANs, RNNs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
