Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable Large Language Model (LLM) infrastructure optimized for 2026 workloads.
- Lead the architecture of multi-modal AI systems integrating text, image, and voice processing.
- Ensure AI model reliability, fairness, and ethical compliance across all deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product features.
- Optimize inference speeds and reduce operational costs using advanced quantization techniques.
- Establish best practices for MLOps and data governance within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Rust, and modern GPU acceleration frameworks (CUDA, ROCm).
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Proven experience deploying LLMs in production environments (e.g., Hugging Face, vLLM, LangChain).
- Strong background in Cloud Architecture (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
