Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 8+ years in futuristic tech
- Proven track record in quantum computing or advanced neural networks
- Published research in top-tier journals (NeurIPS, Nature AI, etc.)
- Expertise in ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience leading global technology foresight initiatives
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
