We are seeking a visionary Senior AI & Future Tech Strategist to lead our research into the technological landscape of 2026 and beyond. Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of the 2026 AI Roadmap, focusing on AGI integration and autonomous systems.
- Design scalable neural network architectures capable of processing quantum data streams.
- Establish ethical frameworks and compliance standards for autonomous decision-making algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy next-gen machine learning models in production environments.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech trends, including neuromorphic computing and bio-digital interfaces.
- Mentor a high-performing team of AI researchers and software engineers to foster innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and their application to classical AI problems.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
